Preface

This storefront was set up for the purpose of providing lower prices to our regular customers or those already familiar with our work. Due to the lower transaction fees afforded to us on this platform, we are able to transfer this lowered cost to our customers and provide listings that no longer require large-scale advertising. It is designed to be quick and clean, for those who already know what they want.

This platform does not have a built in messaging system that allows us to respond speedily to any inquiries. While regular customers may feel comfortable contacting us through other means (i.e. Instagram) or waiting for a response from our contact email, we encourage newcomers to purchase through our etsy platform which will afford you maximal responsiveness, and customer support from the platform itself. If you anticipate needing help with your order, have questions or concerns about our products, or require extra layers of customer protection please use our etsy platform.

Other than these aspects, everything we offer remains the same; please choose the platform that best suits your needs!

Shipping Policy

Complimentary tracking is provided for countries covered by the postal companies, USPS (US) and Asendia (International). In the case that these services are not available in your country, shipping will be fulfilled by Canada Post (non-tracked airmail). Local shipments within Canada will be fulfilled by Canada Post (non-tracked).

For EU countries, since we are unable to collect VAT on your country's behalf, the tax will be collected by your local authorities once the package reaches its destination. 

 

Our store will not responsible for any packages misplaced or lost by courier services as long as we are able to produce proof of shipment where the postal company had received our package, and we had made no mistakes in the mailing address. We will not accept refund requests on packages returned where we have made no mistake on the delivery address as our shop directs all "returned" packages to be destroyed instead (this prevents us from incurring needless "return" customs or processing fees).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are possible before your order is shipped out. Once we receive confirmation that your package has arrived at the postal center, we consider the transaction fulfilled on our part. Request for refunds, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us at jyh439@mail.usask.ca and we will follow-up for you!

Pin Grading Policy

Please note that purchases across all our platforms adhere to this grading policy. We divide pins into 3 grades, of which only 2 are available for purchase. All purchases acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Regular - Near perfect at arm's length. As enamel pins are hand-crafted items, it is impossible for them to be perfect. Regular pins are defined as those with small to no blemishes at arm's length. Rest assured that if you're buying this grade that your pin has already been highly curated against others within the batch. If you're intent on getting a 'collector's grade' item, please be aware we provide no such guarantees, but you are free to pursue your imperative through any means as people do with Pokemon cards. 

[SECONDS] - Obviously damaged. "Seconds" mean that there are obvious defects on the enamel pin. These defects may include coloring error, scratches,  bubbles, cracks, color spillover, color spots, underfill, small unfilled grids etc. While they are not large enough errors to be seen from afar, they are obvious at arm's length. As a result, these pins are being sold at a discounted price. 

Trash -  Pins with wide gashes, half the enamel completely gone, so scratched its own mother couldn't recognize it.
